BREAKFAST

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

Do you offer gluten-free products?

Yes, but with some important clarifications to ensure the safety of our guests.

Our kitchen is not certified for the preparation of gluten-free meals in a completely contamination-free environment, as the equipment and preparation areas are shared.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.

For guests suffering from celiac disease or a medically confirmed gluten intolerance, we provide pre-packaged and sealed gluten-free products, available at breakfast upon request (preferably communicated at the time of booking).

For guests who follow a gluten-free diet by personal choice, we can also prepare, upon request, some desserts and dishes that do not contain gluten ingredients, although within a shared kitchen environment.

Our goal is always to offer attention and flexibility, respecting the different needs of our guests.

Do you offer lactose-free products at breakfast?

Yes, at our breakfast we always provide lactose-free milk and/or plant-based milk as alternatives to cow’s milk.

We kindly recommend informing us of this requirement at the time of booking, so we can best organize the service and ensure maximum attention during your stay.

In addition, the buffet also includes homemade cakes that naturally do not contain milk, clearly labeled for easy identification.

For guests used to a completely lactose-free breakfast (for example with yogurt or other specific products), simply let us know in advance: we will be happy to prepare the most suitable alternatives for your arrival.

RECEPTION

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, while check-out is by 10:00 AM.
For a possible late check-out, you can ask at the reception (subject to availability).
The luggage storage is available free of charge even after check-out.

Is the reception open 24 hours a day?

Yes: we are always available for any need during your stay.

Can I arrive before check-in time?

Of course! If you arrive early, we can complete the registration of your documents without any problem.
While waiting for your room, you can leave your luggage in the dedicated area behind the lobby and start enjoying Senigallia.
The beach service, if included in your booked package, can be used from the morning of your arrival day.

RESTAURANT

Do you have a restaurant in the hotel?

Our hotel has a restaurant service, but with a seasonal management.

During the summer period, from May/June to September, the food and beverage service is provided exclusively at our two beach venues, Maitai and Baratt, with an à la carte menu.
Here you can enjoy light lunches, snacks during the day and dinners with sea views, with no fixed opening hours.

Meals are not included in the stay and are paid directly on site.

During the rest of the year, the hotel restaurant can be opened on request for groups or private events.
In these cases, as the service requires prior arrangement, we recommend contacting the property directly to check availability and agree on the details.

In addition, we have agreements with several local restaurants that offer benefits for our guests, such as discounts of up to 10% and, in some cases, fixed-price menus.

This option is particularly suitable not only during the summer season but also in the low season, representing a great alternative for business travellers or for guests who prefer maximum flexibility when dining out.

Our reception team will always be happy to recommend the best available options during your stay.

SERVICES

Do you offer a transfer service?

Yes, to make your arrival as easy as possible.

If you arrive by train, we offer a free shuttle service to and from Senigallia train station (available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM).

If you arrive by plane (Ancona or other airports), we can arrange a transfer with our trusted taxi driver (paid service, available on request).

Just let us know at the time of booking and we will take care of everything.

Do you have services for those who love cycling?

If you love cycling, you are in the right place.

You can rent our bicycles for €3.00 for half a day and €5.00 for a full day, perfect to comfortably explore the area and reach the beach or the town center.

For guests who bring their own bike, we provide a dedicated outdoor parking area in a safe space.
On request, we can also provide some basic maintenance tools to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Our staff will be happy to recommend the best cycling routes in the area, suitable for all levels, and, if desired, we can also arrange guided tours with local guides.

For guests who are particularly attentive to their bike, it is also possible to request indoor storage, subject to availability.

Where is the hotel located?

About 390 meters from the beach (5 minutes on foot), in a quiet area away from noise.
About 1 km from the city center (15 minutes on foot) and close to the largest city park.

PET FRIENDLY

Can I bring my dog or pet to the hotel?

Absolutely yes! We are a PET FRIENDLY hotel and we will be happy to welcome your four-legged friend.
Pets are allowed in the hotel with a supplement of €10.00 per day.

The dog may also stay in the room when the owner is not present, provided that it is used to being alone for short periods, in order to avoid disturbing other guests.

The hotel is also located in a convenient and quiet area, very close to a dedicated dog walking area, ideal for daily walks.

Regarding room cleaning, when a dog is present, it is possible to arrange directly with the housekeeping staff the most suitable time for daily cleaning, so it can be carried out while the dog is out for a walk.

Can I bring my dog with me to the breakfast room?

Pets are also allowed in the breakfast room, provided that they are not brought close to the buffet for hygiene reasons and out of respect for other guests.

Upon arrival, we kindly ask you to contact the restaurant staff, who will assign you the most suitable table, ensuring a quiet seating area, preferably away from other pets.

Upon request and depending on weather conditions, it is also possible to enjoy breakfast in the outdoor seating area, for a more relaxed experience outdoors with your pet.

Can I bring my dog to the beach?

Unfortunately, on most public beaches and bathing establishments, local regulations do not allow dogs in the beach umbrella areas.

 

However, there are dedicated dog-friendly beaches where dogs are allowed and can also swim in the sea.

 

The closest one to our hotel is Baia Canaria, located about 3 km away.

It is easily reachable:

 

by car in about 3 minutes, with parking usually available in the area

or by the free local bus service

 

The beach is made of pebbles, not sand, and is fully equipped to welcome dogs.

At our partner beach facility "MAITAI", dogs are not allowed under the umbrellas with their owners.

However, they are allowed to stay in the paved bar and dining area, where guests can enjoy lunch or dinner by the sea while their dog stays with them.

Upon request, our reception team will be happy to provide further information and recommend the best dog-friendly beaches in the area.
